A. Contact the Superior Court Clerk for more information OR to resolve the warrant you may follow the instructions for Clearing My Warrant.

Q. What do I do if I know I have a warrant and my name is not on the list?
A. If you know you have a warrant and your name is not on the list, your warrant might have been issued by the District Court. You can check the Misdemeanor Outstanding Warrant List - District Court. If you are still not able to locate your warrant on either list, call your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, call the Office of Public Defense at 425-388-3500.
Q. Why are there multiple charges listed within a single case?
A. In Superior Court, an individual can be charged with multiple felony violations within a single case or cause number. This website lists the first five charges (violations) for each case noted but any case may have less than or more than five charges. Contact the Snohomish County Clerks for more detailed information on an individual case.
