Getting Help
This section identifies County regulations that affect commercial farm operations and development, and presents summarized information to help achieve compliance as simply and quickly as possible. This section also contains a link to the Unified Development Code (Snohomish County Code Title 30) for reference.
The County has dedicated two experienced specialists to assist you with agriculture-related matters:
- Linda Neunzig serves as the coordinator of agricultural services within Snohomish County government and represents the County Executive as needed on local, regional, state and national issues. Ryan works with farmers and other Ag groups to promote the vitality and sustainability of agriculture in the county.
- Roxanne Pilkenton is the Agriculture Planner. Contact Roxanne for permit-related questions and requests for specific permits.
Snohomish County's Agriculture Advisory Board, known informally as the "Ag Board," is comprised of individuals working within Snohomish County’s agricultural industry and is appointed by the County Executive.
