Schedule a pre-application meeting with PDS prior to applying for a grading permit. Call Roxanne Pilkenton, Agriculture Planner, at 425-388-3311, ext. 2731 to request a pre-application meeting appointment and information.

Fill out a Grading Permit Application. Applications can be downloaded here, or you may call Roxanne Pilkenton, Agricultural Permit Specialist at (425) 388-3311 extension 2731 to have it mailed.

Step 3
Call PDS at 425-388-3311 to schedule an appointment to submit your application and ask about the grading fees. Bring the completed application and the grading fees to your appointment. You will be issued a tracking number and the PDS Project Team will begin reviewing your application.
