The Stillaguamish River Clean Water District Advisory Board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.  Meetings are held at the Peace Lutheran Church, 1717 Larson Rd, Silvana, WA 98287.  No meetings in August or December.

The Stillaguamish River Clean Water District (CWD) Advisory Board is a Snohomish County citizen advisory board authorized by Snohomish County Code Title 25A to make recommendations to organizations working on water quality and water quantity issues in the Stillaguamish River Clean Water District. The CWD Advisory Board reviews funding levels and annual work plans primarily of the Surface Water Management Division of the Snohomish County Public Works Department and the Snohomish Conservation District.
