General Description of Board Duties:

Snohomish County Public Facilities Director – The Director represents the Southwest portion of Snohomish County and is one of 5 directors who govern the operations of the Snohomish County Public Facilities District (PFD).  The PFD is responsible for pursuing joint ownership, financing, or operational relationships with any other public agency within Snohomish County for the development of Regional Center projects.  The PFD currently has operating agreements with four regional projects including the Lynnwood Convention Center, the Everett Events Center, the Future of Flight and Edmonds Centre for the Arts.  Directors serve four year terms. 

Qualifications and Restrictions:

All board members must reside in Snohomish County and be able to fulfill the requirements of the position.
